2026 SEASON TICKET RENEWAL FAQs
What is the renewal timeline?
If you have tickets for the 2025 season, renewals will take place between July 15 and August 15. Your tickets will automatically renew and your card on file will be charged on August 15.
Am I automatically renewed into my current seats?
Yes, your 2025 season tickets will automatically be renewed into your current seats for the 2026 season, unless you opt out before August 14 at 5:00 PM ET. After August 14 opting out of auto-renewals will no longer be possible.
How many games will be in my season ticket member package?
20 Games are included in the 2026 season ticket package.
Will you still be offering GA Season Tickets?
We are no longer offering GA seating, except for our Supporters Section. Sections 102, 109, and 112 will have assigned seats starting in the 2026 season. Your ticket representative will provide more details if you are seated in one of these sections.
Will I be able to upgrade, relocate, and add seats?
After August 15, you’ll be able to discuss any potential updates or changes to your seat(s) based on availability with your account representative. Adding or relocating seats will only be possible once the August 15 payment has been made and we know what remaining availability exists, if any, from members who choose not to renew their seats.
How do I opt out of my season tickets for the 2026 season?
If you’d like to opt out of season ticket auto-renewals please contact your account representative before August 14 at 5:00 PM ET. Please note, after August 14 opting out of auto-renewals will no longer be possible.
If I choose to opt out of my season tickets for 2026 will I still be considered an FCOG? Will I get preferred pricing if I choose to purchase season tickets in the future?
No. Preferred pricing will only be available to FCOG members who remain active across consecutive seasons.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method or check which card is on file anytime in your vivenu Account Manager.
Do I need to join the waitlist?
No, if you’re an FCOG you are automatically guaranteed a spot in line for 2026 season tickets. There’s action needed.
What are the benefits for the 2026 season?
Benefits will remain the same for the 2026 season.
What if I would like to pay for my season tickets in full?
If you would like to pay in full, please contact your account representative.
