We’re committed to making every matchday at Fitzpatrick Stadium safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all supporters. Please note that each supporter agrees to the conditions of the Hearts of Pine code of conduct upon entry of the stadium. Our dedicated staff members are here to support you with any specific accommodations before, during, and after each event.
A
ACCESSIBILITY
All Hearts of Pine supporters are welcome at Fitzpatrick Stadium, and we want to ensure everyone has the best matchday experience possible. Accessible parking, seating, and bathrooms are all available at Fitzy. If you require assistance purchasing accessible seating, please email our ticketing team.
ACCESS YOUR TICKETS
- Go to tickets.heartsofpine.com and Sign In to your account.*
- Click on your name to access the menu, then select Tickets.
- Tap on the event under Upcoming Events to access your ticket barcodes. If you have multiple tickets, just swipe to view each one.
- Add your tickets to your Google or Apple Wallet for easy access into the stadium.
* If you have not yet created an account, click Register for Free and follow the instructions on the screen.



ADDRESS
Fitzpatrick Stadium is located at 140 Deering Avenue, Portland, Maine 04102.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol will be served in the Bissell Beer Garden, in the Apres Lounge, and in other locations throughout the stadium–join us from the moment gates open and enjoy a beverage while enjoying our pre-match festivities.
No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium, and fans cannot exit Fitzy with any alcoholic beverages. Those under the age of 21 cannot purchase or consume alcohol, and fans are required to show a legal driver’s license or passport when purchasing alcoholic beverages. All alcohol sales will conclude at the 70th minute.
ANIMALS
Documented, working service dogs will be permitted at Fitzpatrick Stadium, though all other animals will not (this includes emotional support animals and other assistance animals, which are not permitted). If a service dog will be accompanying you, please check in at the ticket office upon your arrival so that we can seat you and your service dog in the ADA section of the stadium.

BAG POLICY
Bags and purses smaller than 12”x6”x12” (the size of a standard reusable grocery store bag) are allowed in Fitzpatrick Stadium. Parents and legal guardians with an infant can also bring diaper bags. For the safety of our fans, bags are subject to search upon entry. Clear bags are not required, but will speed up the entry process.
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items, and bags containing equipment for working media. These bags will still be subject to search by security personnel.

CHILDREN
Fans aged two and under don’t require their own seat will not need a ticket to the match. All children can enjoy fun and games before and during the match in the Renewal by Andersen Kids Zone behind the west goal that will remain open until the 75th minute.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Portland Hearts of Pine wants to make sure the matchday experience is enjoyable for everyone and respectful of our fans’ values and cultures. For these reasons we ask all fans to please abide by the following key tenets and policies of our code of conduct. Fans found violating our code of conduct could face ejection from the event as well as potential bans from future Hearts of Pine events.
- Fans are encouraged to cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous towards their fellow patrons, referees, opposing team fans and players.
- All bags are subject to search by security personnel.
- Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any item at any time and prohibit any item deemed inappropriate for crowd safety or detrimental to others enjoying the event.
- There are no provisions to store bags or other items at the gates or inside the stadium. Fans will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car if they have not entered the stadium, or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium.
- Supporters group leaders should seek permission for noise makers, smoke devices, chants, flags, or any other items that may cause controversy at least 48 hours before matchday.
- Fans should not fight, throw objects, attempt to enter the playing field, or act in a disorderly manner–including using foul, sexist, racial, obscene or abusive language or gestures. Bullying–verbal or physical–will lead to immediate ejection from the premises.
- Streamers are not to be used to impact the competition and must not be thrown at or toward a player, referee or stadium staff member.
- Fans must comply with requests from stadium staff regarding stadium policies and emergency response procedures.
- Fans must promptly and carefully return the ball to a stadium staff member or the ball kid on the sidelines in the event that a soccer ball enters the stands or exits the stadium.
- Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in a responsible manner, on-site, and only by those of legal age. Alcohol sales throughout the stadium will end in the 70th minute.
- Fans must conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the stadium and in the parking lots.
- Fans are not permitted to stand in the aisles or walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs.
- Tailgating anywhere on stadium property is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited items include: - Aerosols (pepper spray, etc.).
- Bags larger than 12”x6”x12”. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items, and bags containing equipment for working media. These bags will still be subject to search by security personnel.
- Cameras and video equipment, professional cameras with a detachable lens are prohibited. Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited; please contact Portland Hearts of Pine to request media credentials. Tripods and monopods are not allowed in the stadium. Guests seen with these items will be asked to return them to their car before they enter the stadium.
- Cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes), tobacco, marajuana products, and any illegal narcotics.
- Drones and megaphones (without prior approval by staff).
- Firearms and knives.
- Flares, incendiary devices, sparklers or fireworks of any kind (without prior approval by staff).
- Indecent or obscene clothing. Staff will ask that indecent or obscene clothing be removed or covered up, and those refusing will be asked to leave the stadium.
- Laser pointers/pens.
- Non-medical prescribed wheeled devices.
- Signs larger than 22”x28” (standard poster board size).
- Offensive signs, banners, symbols, language or flags. They will be confiscated and will result in ejection.
- Personal soccer balls.
- Pets.
- Skateboards or rollerblades.
- Umbrellas.

FIELD TRESPASSING
Fans attempting to enter the field of play before, during, or after a match without prior approval will be removed from the stadium immediately.
FIRST AID
If you require medical attention, go to the first aid station in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Renewal by Anderson Kids Zone, or see a staff member.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
There will be multiple food and drink options for fans throughout Fitzpatrick Stadium. Make sure you arrive early to avoid the lines, though! Outside food is also permitted, as long as it fits inside a 12”x6”x12” bag.
*Please note folks with a young child present are permitted to bring a closed container of milk/water in a sippy cup or baby bottle. If the closed container is not in a sippy cup/baby bottle security will kindly ask you to return the item back to your vehicle upon arrival at the gate.

GATE TIMES
Fitzpatrick Stadium gates will open 120 minutes before kickoff for our May 4 regular season home opener, and 90 minutes before kickoff for all other matches. Please plan to arrive early to beat the traffic and spend more time enjoying the pre-match festivities!

KIDS ZONE
The Renewal by Andersen Kids Zone is where your future soccer stars can burn energy off before kickoff. Located behind the west goal, our Kids Zone will have fun and games galore and will remain open until the 75th minute. Kids can play 3v3 on our inflatable pitch, can try their hand at mini golf, showcase their skills at soccer darts, make posters and charm bracelets, and get temporary tattoos.

LOST AND FOUND
If you have lost something, please check at the Box Office in the southeast corner of the stadium. If the stadium is closed, call 207-544-4605 or email the ticketing department.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Outside food is permitted as long as it fits inside a 12”x6”x12” bag, though we will have food and beverage options inside the stadium as well. No outside beverages are allowed.

PARKING
We recommend the USM Parking Garage at 88 Bedford Street as the most reliable and affordable parking option near Fitzpatrick Stadium. RE-ENTRY POLICY
Portland Hearts of Pine has a no-re-entry policy.
RESTROOMS
In addition to the permanent Fitzpatrick Stadium restrooms behind the east goal, we will have portable restrooms throughout the stadium on matchdays. Baby changing tables are located within the permanent bathrooms in the east end of the stadium.
S
SCOREBOARD CLOCK
No, the clock at Fitzy doesn’t have a glitch. Per FIFA professional soccer rules, the scoreboard clock will stop at 45:00 at the end of the first half and 90:00 at the end of the second half. The minimum amount of stoppage time will be announced over the PA, but the exact time each half will end will be at the sole discretion of the referee.
SEATING
Fans should only sit in the seats for which they have a valid ticket.
In accordance with the City of Portland’s fire code and Fitzpatrick Stadium security regulations, fans are strictly prohibited from bringing any seatback style seats, or seats with metal components, into Fitzpatrick Stadium. However, they are able to bring a seat pad that is no greater than 16 inches wide by 12 inches long.

SELL YOUR TICKETS
- Navigate to the Tickets section of your account.
- Click on Sell.
- Select which tickets you would like to transfer and click Sell on StubHub.
- Create a StubHub account and/or Sign In.
- Follow the instructions on the StubHub sales screen.



SEVERE WEATHER
If lightning or severe weather is detected in the area, the match will be delayed. Fans should return to their vehicles or assemble in the Hadlock Field concourse–staying in or under the metal bleachers is NOT allowed. The match will not resume until there has been no lightning detected within a seven-mile radius of the stadium for at least 30 minutes. Return-to-play updates will be made over the PA system and on our social media channels to keep fans informed.
SMOKING
Fitzpatrick Stadium is a non-smoking facility. This applies to all products, including e-cigarettes.
STROLLERS
Strollers are discouraged at the stadium, and are prohibited from all stadium seating sections and concourse areas. For fans who arrive at the stadium with a stroller, the stroller must be parked near the Guest Services desk at Gate A and can be left there at your own risk.
SUPPORTERS GROUP
The heartbeat of any soccer team is its supporters group–the rowdy fans who sing and chant for 90 minutes. Portland Hearts of Pine is passionately supported by the Dirigo Union, local fans whose mission is to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where all who share their love for soccer are embraced as part of their family.

TAILGATING
Tailgating is not permitted at Fitzy or in surrounding City of Portland-owned lots; however, we will have plenty of locations inside the stadium where you can kick back and grab a brew and a bite before kickoff.
TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS
- Navigate to the Tickets section of your account.
- Click on Transfer.
- Select which tickets you would like to transfer and click Proceed.
- Enter the email address and phone number for the person you are transferring tickets to.
Click Submit. Your guest will receive an email and SMS message with a link to accept their tickets.

Umbrellas are not permitted inside Fitzpatrick Stadium.

VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN OPTIONS
We will have a rotating selection of food trucks throughout the season, but we cannot guarantee vegetarian and vegan food truck options at every match. However, outside food is permitted as long as it fits inside a 12”x6”x12” bag, so you are welcome to bring any food that meets your dietary requirements.
