SEASON TICKET WAITLIST FAQS

Due to overwhelming interest in Hearts of Pine tickets, season ticket memberships for the 2025 season are now sold out. To accommodate the continued demand, we’ve created the Hearts of Pine waitlist — giving fans the opportunity to purchase season tickets in the future as they become available. No, current Hearts of Pine Season Ticket or Mini Plan Members do not need to purchase a deposit to renew their seats. You will be contacted by your Account Representative for renewal later this year.

The $25 deposits secures your place in line and will be applied toward a future season ticket purchase as credit towards any package offered. We have a variety of ticket options available, including a supporter’s section, family section, general admission, premium seating, and VIP seating.

During your Purchase Window, you will be able to purchase the same number of seats as waitlist deposits placed. For example, if you placed four (4) waitlist deposits, you will be able to purchase four (4) season ticket memberships seats.

A waitlist deposits is $25 per seat. All deposit dollars will be applied to your season ticket purchase when they become available.

Waitlist deposits are non-refundable purchases. 

Yes. We will be offering interest-free payment plans.

The USL League 1 season runs from March – October, with playoffs in November. matches will take place primarily on weekends, with start times usually between 3:00 – 7:00pm.

We have a variety of experiences and ticketing products, including our Highroller Field Club and $3 Deweys Suites!

Group ticket packages are available for youth soccer teams, organizations, businesses, and more. More will become available in early 2026 pending availability. If interested, please fill out the interest form here.

Yes. The world’s game is best experienced arm in arm as the team’s 12th man. We look forward to supporting and cultivating our supporter culture. There are 3 supporters sections – 1 reserved (118), and 2 G.A. (119 and 120). Fans in these sections should expect to be standing most of the time. Please note that the capo stand is located in front of section 119, and all drums, large flags, and other restricted items will remain in sections 119 and 120. You’ll be able to transfer your tickets to anyone via email or resell your tickets through your vivenu account on Stubhub. However, purchasing tickets with the sole intention of resale is a violation of our ticketing policies.

All tickets are digital. If you have further questions, please contact your ticket representative.

A variety of seating options and pricing will be available for our guests and season ticket holders that need ADA seating. If you placed your deposit for season tickets, a club representative will discuss these options with you when we begin the process of selecting seats. If a child is two years old and under, they are considered a lap child which means they do not occupy a seat and will not need a tickets for admission into the match. If you would like your child to have their own seat, then you will need to make a $25 deposit for their seat. 

There is no term limit to be on the Hearts of Pine waitlist. You will remain a Hearts of Pine waitlist member until (a) you purchase season tickets, or (b) your Hearts of Pine waitlist membership is revoked due to violation of our policies.
