I’VE MADE MY DEPOSIT, HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS FOR HEARTSAPALOOZA?

Click the link below and create an account through our ticketing and events platform, vivenu. Please note that you must use the same exact email address you used to purchase your Season Ticket Deposit.

Step 1: At the sign-in screen, click ‘Register for free’.

Step 2: Input your information using the same exact email address you used to purchase your Season Ticket Deposit. If you cannot find the email address that you used to purchase your Season Ticket Deposit, please email us here at ticketing@heartsofpine.com and we will be happy to provide that information.

Step 3: Check your inbox! You’ll soon get an email from vivenu with the subject line ‘Please verify your email’, to the email address you registered with. Then click ‘verify’ within the email once received, and again when you’re directed back to the vivenu site upon click.

STEP 4: Congratulations for registering your account! Your Heartsapalooza ticket will be added to your account prior to the day of the event. Please note that tickets may not immediately appear upon creating your account.
