SEATING AND GAME DAY EXPERIENCE
How many home games will there be?
Your Season Ticket package will include 18 home games.
When are the games? And how long is the season?
The USL League 1 season runs from March – October, with playoffs in November. Games will take place primarily on weekends, with start times usually between 3-7pm. The schedule will be released sometime in December and expect the first home game to be in late April or early May.
When will I get to pick my seats?
Our seat selection process is taking place during September-December, 2024.
Can I sit with my friends/family?
When the time comes for you to select seats, we will ask you a variety of preferences including if you have friends or family that you want to sit with at the matches. We will do our best to seat you together depending on when your friends placed their deposit, their priority seating number, and your seating preference.
Will you have premium seating, corporate suites, or boxes?
We have a variety of experiences and ticketing products, including corporate seats and VIP seating. If interested, please contact us here at: tickets@heartsofpine.com.
What are midfield seat back seats?
As pictured, midfield seat backs will add additional support and comfort for your game day experience. They are located in sections 105, 106, 115 and 116.
Will you have a section for Supporters?
Yes. The world’s game is best experienced arm in arm as the team’s 12th man. We look forward to supporting and cultivating our supporter culture. Any supporters interested in joining the club’s first supporter group Dirigo Union, please visit their website: dirigounion.com.
Where is the family section?
Family section will be located near the Kids Zone. We encourage families to purchase anywhere in the stadium, but if you’re looking for the most affordable section near the Kids Zone we suggest sections 109 and 110.
What is reserved seating?
Reserved seating will allow for fans to know their specific seat location before each match.
What is General Admission seating?
General admission seating is a first come first serve seating option that allows for flexibility and a more affordable game day experience.
Why are some seating options unavailable for purchase?
We are holding seating inventory for group sales and individual game tickets. We may decide to offer seats in these sections for season ticket purchase at a later time.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, we know that life happens, and plans change. With this in mind, you will be able to apply your deposit to a future ticket product (e.g. single match, group tickets) or team merch, even if you no longer wish to purchase season tickets.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. We will be offering monthly interest-free payment plans.
Will I be able to transfer or resell my tickets?
Yes. You’ll be able to transfer your tickets to anyone via email or resell your tickets through your vivenu account on Stubhub.
Will there be paper tickets?
All tickets will be digital. If you have further questions, please contact your ticket representative.
Will you have ADA seating or accommodations for wheelchairs?
A variety of seating options and pricing will be available for our guests and season ticket holders that need ADA seating. If you placed your deposit for season tickets, a club representative will discuss with you these options once we go through the process of selecting seats. You do not need to indicate these needs at this time when placing your deposit. You may also contact us here for more information: tickets@heartsofpine.com.
What is the age requirement for ticket holders?
If a child is two years old and under, they are considered a lap child which means they do not occupy a seat and will not need a game admission ticket. If you would like your child to have their own seat, then you will need to make a deposit for their seat as well.
What is the food and beverage program at Fitzpatrick Stadium?
Food and beverage locations will be spread throughout the entire stadium. There will be a Bissell Brothers beer garden and other local offerings.
What are the details for arrival and parking at Fitzpatrick Stadium?
We encourage people to walk, bike, and take public transportation if they are able. Parking near the stadium is limited and is not managed by the club. More details about game day parking will be available in early 2025. Be on the lookout for updates!
