Director of Operations
I am Director of Operations and employee #1! I am in charge of building and bringing the game day experience to life. My background is in sports marketing, sponsorship, activation and game day operations, and it’s a true honor to bring my skills to this Hearts team from day one.
Sports can have an amazing impact on enhancing people’s lives. I grew up as a competitive swimmer from the age of 5 through university. Swimming shaped me into who I am today through the friendships I made, the work ethic I developed, and the highs and lows of competition I experienced. Whether your individual or team sport athlete, sports are an invaluable way to build community, character, and creativity. It has influenced how I approach my role as Director of Operations, and I apply my hard-working athlete mentality everyday in order to be a role model for my children, and also for myself and my Hearts teammates.
I pride myself on being an advocate for gender equality, and I believe sports have the power to change the lives of boys AND girls, men AND women. Women in sports defy gender stereotypes, make inspiring role models, and show men and women as equals. If you didn’t already know, everyone watches women’s sports!
Off the field, you can find me as a soccer, basketball, ice hockey, and theater mom to my daughter Finleigh and son Auguste. I love a good run in the woods, cup of hot morning coffee, or sips of bubbly champagne. I couldn’t do it without the unconditional help from my husband Chad and our village.
