Colby joins Hearts of Pine after recently completing his fifth season with New England Revolution II as a defender.
Colby began his soccer journey with Seacoast United, where he showcased his talent by scoring 13 goals in 11 games at the U-14 level during the 2016-17 season.
In 2017, he joined the New England Revolution Academy, making over 65 appearances and scoring four goals while playing as a midfielder and fullback. He debuted professionally in 2020 with New England Revolution II in USL League One, becoming the first active academy player to start a professional match for the club and setting a club record with 92 all-time appearances.
Eligible to represent Puerto Rico through his father’s heritage, Quiñones earned his first national team call-up in December 2020.
Born in Biddeford, Maine, Colby has relayed that he’s ready to embark on a new chapter and reconnect with his Maine roots. The chance to create unforgettable moments with the team, the fans, and the vibrant Portland community made joining Hearts of Pine an easy choice.
