• Log into your vivenu account or go to https://tickets.heartsofpine.com/
• Navigate to Tickets using the Menu or Sidebar depending on your device
• Find today’s match (or your Season or Mini Plan tickets) and add them to your Google or Apple Wallet
• If you are a Season Ticket Member or Mini Plan Member, you only need to add your tickets to your wallet once, and they’ll be valid for all tickets in your package

Outside Items Policy

Bags and purses smaller than 12”x6”x12” (the size of a standard reusable grocery store bag) are allowed in Fitzpatrick Stadium. Parents and legal guardians with an infant can also bring diaper bags. For the safety of our fans, bags are subject to search upon entry. Clear bags are not required, but will speed up the entry process.

Fans are permitted to bring their own food as long as it fits in a 12”x6”x12”. Fitzpatrick Stadium will have food and drink options available from a number of local vendors, but we cannot guarantee availability of items for specific allergies or dietary restrictions.

No beverages, cans, flasks, bottles, thermoses, etc. are permitted inside Fitzpatrick Stadium. No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium.

GATES OPEN: 4:30 PM
KICKOFF: 6:00 PM

We recommend arriving for the match as early as you can to ensure you’re able to find the stadium, parking, and your appropriate entrance gates. If this is your first match, plan to arrive at gates open. As kickoff draws closer, the entrance gates get busier, and we don’t want anyone to miss a moment of the action because they’re waiting at an entrance gate.

MATCHDAY PROGRAMMING

All of our food and drink vendors open at the same time as the stadium gates, so get there early to avoid the rush before the first whistle. Grab some pizza at the Brickyard Hollow pavilion, enjoy rotating food truck vendors near the Bissell Brothers Beer Garden, grab a refreshing drink at the Après Lounge, or enjoy your favorite local craft beer at the Rustic Taps Terrace.

With a Kids Zone open to entertain the younger fans, there’s no shortage of ways to pass the time until kickoff. Plus, enjoy shorter lines by arriving early to our merchandise tents and grab the gear you need to rep Hearts all match!
