2027 SEASON TICKET RENEWAL FAQs
Thank you for being a valued Portland Hearts of Pine Season Ticket Member! Please review the FAQs below for answers to common questions about the renewal process. If you need additional assistance, email tickets@heartsofpine.com.
What is the renewal timeline?
If you have tickets for the 2026 season, renewals will take place between July 15 and August 14. Your tickets will automatically renew and your card on file will be charged on August 14.
Am I automatically renewed into my current seats?
Yes, the current seats used for your 2026 season tickets will automatically be renewed for the 2027 season, unless you opt out before August 13 at 5:00 PM ET. After August 13 opting out of auto-renewals will no longer be possible.
How many games will be in my season ticket member package?
19 games are included in the 2027 season ticket package.
Will I be able to upgrade, relocate, or add seats?
Once your August 14 payment has been received, your account representative will be happy to discuss any available options for adding seats or relocating your current seats. All changes are subject to inventory availability.
How do I opt out of my season tickets for the 2027 season?
If you’d like to opt out of season ticket auto-renewals please contact your account representative before August 13 at 5:00 PM ET. Please note, after August 13 opting out of auto-renewals will no longer be possible.
If I am currently an FCOG and decide to not renew my season tickets, will I still get the same benefits in the future if I decide to become a member again?
No. FCOG benefits will only be available to Forest City Originals who remain active across consecutive seasons.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method or check which card is on file anytime in your Vivenu Account Manager.
Do I need to join the waitlist?
No, if you’re a current Season Ticket Member your seats are set to automatically renew for 2027 Season Tickets and you do not need to join the waitlist.
