Nate joins Portland Hearts of Pine after leaving USL Championship club Rhode Island FC, where he was part of the Eastern Conference winning team.
Born in London to a French mother and a German father, Nate spent his early years traveling with his family before eventually settling in the Washington, D.C. area. He credits his multicultural upbringing with fostering a deep adaptability, both in life and on the field, shaping him into the versatile player he is today.
Nate spent four successful years at The College of William & Mary in Virginia before taking advantage of an extra year of eligibility to transfer to Providence College. During the summers, he refined his skills with Vermont Green in USL League Two, gaining valuable experience and deepening his connection to the vibrant soccer community in the New England region.
Nate draws inspiration from the incredible strength and unity of the Hearts community. His ties to the Northeast have given him firsthand insight into New England’s unwavering passion for its soccer teams. Energized by the growing momentum around Hearts of Pine, Nate is excited to channel that enthusiasm and help fuel the team’s vibrant spirit.
