Midfielder
Michel is officially the first player in Portland Hearts of Pine history, joining Hearts from AC Port of Spain, where he has been a key part of the club’s success as a center midfielder in the Trinidad and Tobago Premier Football League (TTPFL). The club finished as runners-up in 2023 and went on to secure the title in 2024. His contributions also helped AC Port of Spain qualify for the Concacaf Caribbean Cup in both 2023 and 2024, finishing in first place on both occasions. Before AC Port of Spain, Michel spent time playing for the academy and second team of Argentinean side Club Atlético Banfield.
Soccer has been a part of Michel’s life for as long as he can remember. Growing up, he would join his older siblings at their practices, kicking the ball on the sidelines with his parents until he was old enough to participate. He officially began his soccer journey at the age of five with Dion La Foucade’s Coaching School in Trinidad and has continued to pursue the sport passionately, now playing at the professional level.
“Hearts fans can look forward to a very measured, all-action, energetic midfielder. I am excited to help win games and put smiles on the faces of the fans.”
